Woodworking Specialist: Milling Department
We’re looking for a Woodworking Specialist to join our Milling Department. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays active throughout the day, and is comfortable working with hardwood materials and production machinery. You’ll play a key role in processing raw lumber into high-quality components used throughout our shop.
We're looking for someone with experience in manufacturing with tolerances, carpentry, woodworking, construction, or similar environments. Will train on machine operation. Starting pay depends on experience.
Duties
- Operate a variety of woodworking machinery such as planers, rip saws, and chop saws
- Feed and process hardwood materials through milling equipment
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, or specs
- Inspect and measure parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain consistent production flow and meet daily output goals
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to keep operations running efficiently
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Learn new processes and cross-train in multiple areas
- Contribute to waste reduction efforts
- Strong work ethic and reliability

We’re looking for a Woodworking Specialist to join our production team in a wood product assembly role. This position is ideal for someone with experience cutting and assembling wood components. You’ll be in a growing department tasked with producing ready-to-finish products.
We're looking for someone with experience in cabinetry, construction, carpentry, or wood product assembly. Starting pay depends on experience.
Duties
- Assemble wood components and products according to work orders and specifications

- Ensure proper fit, alignment, and overall quality of finished components
